Model Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berbasis Sustainability Tourism Dalam Perpsektif Green HRM

Abstract


Pariwisata berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Green HRM menjadi kunci penting dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model pengembangan desa wisata berbasis Sustainability Tourism dalam perspektif Green HRM di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, analisis data sekunder, survei lapangan, pengembangan model, validasi model, implementasi model, serta evaluasi dan analisis dampak. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan model pengembangan desa wisata yang berfokus pada pilar sustainability management, social-economy, sustainable culture, dan environment sustainability dengan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Green HRM. Implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat lokal, ekonomi, dan lingkungan di destinasi pariwisata.
