Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana  implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) Kawasan Bandung, faktor yang menghambat dalam implementasi program tersebut, serta upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori implementasi program Charles O Jones yang terdapat tiga dimensi, yaitu pengorganisasian, interpretasi dan penerapan atau aplikasi. Berdasarkan ketiga dimensi tersebut, implementasi program kerja sama Perguruan Tinggi dengan BRIN dalam rangka MBKM sudah cukup baik. Dikarenakan adanya perubahan atau penaataan struktur organisasi dari LIPI dilebur menjadi BRIN ini adanya hambatan pelaksanaan program MBKM BRIN sehingga pelaksanaannya kurang efektif, serta informasi yang didapat juga sering mengalami perubahan yang tidak diduga-duga. Hal yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi yaitu melakukan penyelesaian perubahan administrasi dan sarana pada BRIN agar tidak mengganggu pelaksanaan kegiatan MBKM. Selanjutnya memberikan informasi dan mengarahkan mengenai kerja sama perguruan tinggi dengan BRIN dalam rangka program MBKM yang akan dilakukan kepada pembimbing BRIN agar lebih mempersiapkan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan MBKM
