Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif mengenai implementasi program Kang PisMan sampah di Kelurahan Rancanumpang Kecamatan Gedebage Kota Bandung, fokus penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis implementasi program. Latar belakang penelitian ini karena dalam pelaksanaan implementasi program, aparatur pemerintah kelurahan masih belum optimal maka diperlukannya penelitian ini. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program Kang PisMan sampah di Kelurahan Rancanumpang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji validasi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan sumber artinya membandingkan dan mengecek balik derajat kepercayaan suatu informan yang diperoleh melalui waktu dan alat yang berbeda dalam penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lurah, Pelaksana, Pegawai Kebersihan Gober, dan 3 orang masyarakat Kelurahan Rancanumpang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi program Kang PisMan masih perlu ditingkatkan, karena masih ada beberapa kendala atau kesalahan yang perlu diperbaiki.
