Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai collaborative governance pada program revitalisasi Kampung Pink menjadi Kampung wisata yang berada di Kelurahan Tanah Tinggi, Kota Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan collaborative governance yang dilakukan dalam program revitalisasi Kampung Pink di Kelurahan Tanah Tinggi, Kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan tujuan dari penelitian, fokus penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan collaborative governance pada program revitalisasi Kampung Pink serta menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat pada pelaksanaan collaborative governance program revitalisasi Kampung Pink menjadi Kampung wisata di Kelurahan Tanah Tinggi, Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa keterbatasan finansial, kurangnya komitmen, dan kurang kepercayaan menjadi penghambat pelaksanaan collaborative governance pada program revitalisasi Kampung Pink menjadi Kampung Wisata.
