Abstrak

Sebagai upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat pedesaan, pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa bahwa desa dianjurkan untuk memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES), yang diharapkan proses pencapaian kemandirian desa melalui sumber daya yang dimiliki desa baik dari sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penerapan kebijakan BUMDES Kertamulya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dengan menelaah semua data yang telah diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah mengkaji dan kemudian mereduksi data, menyusun data, langkah selanjutnya adalah memeriksa keabsahan data, dan diakhiri dengan interpretasi dari data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kebijakan BUMDES Kertamulya di Kabupaten Bandung Barat cukup baik , dilihat dari realisasi tujuan didirikannya BUMDES yaitu untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa permasalahan, maka, perlu ditingkatkan sumber daya manusia yang handal dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat.
