Efektivitas Program Inovasi Desa Dalam Mewujudkan Kesejahteraan sosial Ekonomi Masyarkat dan Kemandirian Desa Di Kabupaten Pandeglang

Abstract

The Village Innovation Program (PID) is present as one of the government's efforts to improve community welfare and through increasing village capacity in developing quality village development plans and implementation. However, the program made by the Government is still not fully operational by the PMD Office of Pandeglang Regency, the purpose of this study is to determine the Effectiveness of the Village Innovation Program in Realizing the Socio-Economic Welfare of the Community and Village Independence in Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method by means of in-depth interviews, insert observations, and study literature. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Village Innovation Program in Realizing Village Independence at the Village Community Empowerment Service of Langkat Regency, has not been running but has not been effective. The actions taken by the Pandeglang Regency Village Community Empowerment Service in achieving goals, the process of activities carried out by the Village Innovation Sector, as well as the stages that have been carried out well by the Village Community Empowerment Service, namely the achievement of PID goals, entrepreneurial development, and The existence of the necessary infrastructure and targets in village infrastructure. The conclusion can be seen from the programs made by the Government that have not been fully implemented by the Pandeglang Regency PMD Service. And there are still some obstacles to the Village Innovation Program in Realizing Village Independence, To find out some of these obstacles, namely as follows: 1. The quality of community human resources is relatively low 2. the natural potential in rural areas has not been fully realized properly 3.
