Manajemen Syariah Dalam Perspektif Kontemporer: Kerangka Tata Kelola, Tantangan, dan Analisis Komparatif

Abstract

Manajemen Syariah merupakan pendekatan tata kelola organisasi yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti keadilan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kemaslahatan. Awalnya berkembang dalam sektor keuangan Islam, konsep ini kini meluas ke berbagai sektor non-keuangan, termasuk kesehatan, filantropi, dan industri halal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerangka teoretis Manajemen Syariah, model tata kelola yang diterapkan, tantangan implementasi lintas sektor, serta efektivitasnya dibandingkan dengan manajemen konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan sistematis terhadap publikasi ilmiah bereputasi periode 2010–2024 dengan pendekatan analisis komparatif dan sintesis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model tata kelola terpusat cenderung lebih efektif dalam menjaga independensi dan konsistensi pengawasan syariah, sementara praktik Manajemen Syariah terbukti meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi, kualitas pelaporan, dan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, khususnya pada masa krisis. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi Manajemen Syariah sebagai kerangka tata kelola etis dan adaptif dalam konteks organisasi modern.
