THE GIST: Jurnal Sastra dan Bahasa is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Letters (Fakultas Sastra), Universitas Al-Ghifari (UNFARI), Bandung, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarship in the fields of literature and linguistics.

THE GIST welcomes original research articles, review articles, and case studies from academics, researchers, and students in the fields of language and literature from Indonesia and internationally. The journal accepts manuscripts in both English and Indonesian.
