Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted manuscripts once they have entered the peer-review process, because such withdrawal wastes the valuable time, effort, and resources invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher.

If an author still requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript while it is under peer review, the author will be required to pay a withdrawal penalty of IDR 250.000 per manuscript to the Publisher.

If the author withdraws the manuscript after acceptance for publication, the penalty increases to IDR 500.000 per manuscript.

Withdrawal will only be processed once the full penalty has been paid.

If the author does not agree to pay the penalty, the author and their affiliated institution may be blacklisted for future publication in this journal.
