Abstract

Desa Cimanggu di Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan obatherbaltradisional(jamu)dengankekayaanalamberupatanamanherbaldanrempah.Penelitianinibertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi obat herbal tradisional sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakatDesa Cimanggu, dengan fokus pada pengembangan produk, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampak sosial-ekonomi. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menerapkan metode wawancaramendalam dengan petani dan pengrajin jamu, observasi langsung di lapangan, dan analisis dokumentasiyangrelevan.Prosesanalisisdatabersifatdinamisdanberkelanjutan,melibatkantriangulasiuntukmenjamin kredibilitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya inovasi produk herbal seperti Jamu KiUrat untuk mengatasi asam urat, Jamu Kulit Manggis sebagai serbuk instan untuk berbagai masalahkesehatan, Jamur Lingzhi untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, Serbuk Ki Rinyuh dengan potensiantikanker, dan Lobak Batu untuk mengatasi batu ginjal dan asam urat. Namun, ditemukan juga tantangansignifikan seperti kurangnya inovasi dalam pengolahan dan pengemasan, keterbatasan akses pasar danjaringandistribusi,serta penurunanminat generasi muda terhadappengetahuantradisional.
