Perencanaan Enterprise Architecture Penerima Bantuan Sosial Covid-19 Dengan Menggunakan TOGAF di Gedebage Bandung (Studi kasus di Kecamatan Gedebage Kota Bandung)

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the central government has made efforts to provide assistance in the form of social assistance funds to the community distributed by the local government, such as in the Gedebage District, Bandung City. In the process of distributing social funds, there are still several problems faced, namely the incompatibility of population data as recipients. This is due to the fact that the distribution of the proposed population data is not updated as a whole, this is what makes the data inaccurate and precise.
With this problem, it takes a plan in managing information better, one form of its application is through a service system by utilizing information technology based on Cloud Computing. This study discusses three iterations of all phases in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM), namely the first iteration on the Architecture Capability Iteration, the second iteration on the Architecture Development Iteration and the third iteration on the Transition Planning Iteration. . By using several tools that can help with this planning, such as: BPMN (Business Process Mapping Notation) which describes business processes, UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is used in data architecture which includes Class Diagrams.
The results of this study are: planning of information system architecture for distributing data on population of recipients of social assistance funds during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Cloud Computing which is a recommendation for integration and development between current information systems and the proposed information system architecture to support service performance improvements. comprehensive information system

Abstrak
Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah pusat telah melakukan upaya dalam memberikan bantuan berupa dana bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat yang disalurkan oleh pemerintahan setempat, seperti pada Kecamatan Gedebage Kota Bandung. Dalam proses penyaluran dana sosial tersebut masih ada beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu adanya ketidaksesuaian data penduduk sebagai penerima. Hal ini diakibatkan karena pendistribusian data penduduk yang diajukan tidak terupdate secara menyeluruh, inilah yang membuat data tidak akurat dan tepat. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini, maka dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan dalam pengelolaan informasi yang lebih baik, salah satu bentuk penerapannya melalui sistem pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis Cloud Computing. Penelitian ini membahas tiga iterasi dari seluruh fase yang ada di The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM), yaitu iterasi ke satu pada Architecture Capability Iteration, iterasi ke dua pada Architecture Development Iteration dan iterasi ke tiga pada Transition Planning Iteration. Dengan menggunakan beberapa tool yang dapat membantu terhadap perencanaan ini, seperti: BPMN (Business Process Mapping Notation) yang menjelaskan proses bisnis, UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang digunakan dalam arsitektur data yang meliputi Class Diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : perencanaan arsitektur sistem informasi pendistribusian data penduduk penerima dana bantuan sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19 berbasis Cloud Computing yang merupakan rekomendasi integrasi dan pengembangan antara sistem informasi berjalan saat ini dengan arsitektur sistem informasi yang diusulkan guna untuk menunjang perbaikan kinerja pelayanan sistem informasi secara menyeluruh.
