PEMODELAN ARSITEKTUR ENTERPRISE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TOGAF ADM PADA SEKOLAH SMA AL - HADI BANDUNG

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Technological developments occur very quickly, this is evidenced by theincreasing role of technology in various fields of life. One area that feels the impact oftechnological developments is the field of education. Enterprise architecture is a way ofbuilding an organization's information architecture that focuses on data, application,and technology architectures. The methodology used to collect information is the TOGAFarchitectural framework. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is aframework that provides methods and tools for building, managing and implementingand maintaining enterprise architectures.The key element of TOGAF is the Architecture Development Method (ADM)which provides the enterprise architecture development process. ADM is an importantfeature that enables enterprises to define business requirements and build customarchitectures to meet those needs. ADM consists of the stages needed to build anenterprise architecture, the stages of ADM are Preliminary Framework and Principle,Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture,Technology Architecture.The results of this research are business architecture, information systemarchitecture consisting of data and application architecture, technology architecture asstated in the blue print. The business architecture consists of the main functions coveringNew Student Admission, Teaching and Learning Process, and Academic Discharge,while the supporting functions include Administration, Facilities and Infrastructure,Computer and Language Center, and Finance modeled using Michael Porter's ValueChain. The data architecture consists of 50 data entities from 7 business functions andthe application architecture consists of 20 applications

Perkembangan teknologi terjadi dengan sangat cepat, hal tersebut terbukti dengansemakin meningkatnya peranan teknologi dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satubidang yang merasakan dampak dari perkembangan teknologi adalah bidang pendidikan.Arsitektur perusahaan adalah cara membangun arsitektur informasi organisasi yangberfokus pada data, aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi. Metodologi yang digunakan untukmengumpulkan informasi adalah kerangka arsitektur TOGAF. The Open GroupArchitecture Framework (TOGAF) adalah framework yang menyediakan methods dantools untuk membangun, mengelola dan mengimplementasikan serta pemeliharaanarsitektur enterprise. Elemen kunci TOGAF adalah Architecture Development Method(ADM) yang menyediakan proses pengembangan arsitektur enterprise.ADM adalah fitur penting yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mendefinisikankebutuhan bisnis dan membangun arsitektur khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut.ADM terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan yang dibutuhkan dalam membangun arsitekturenterprise, tahapan ADM adalah Preliminary Framework and Principle, ArchitectureVision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, TechnologyArchitecture.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi yangterdiri dari arsitektur data dan aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi yang tertuang dalam blueprint. Arsitektur bisnis terdiri dari fungsi utama yang meliputi Penerimaan Peserta DidikBaru, Proses Belajar Mengajar, dan Pelepasan Akademik, sedangkan fungsi pendukungmeliputi Tata Usaha, Sarana dan Prasarana, Pusat Komputer dan Bahasa, dan Keuangandimodelkan menggunakan Value Chain Michael Porter. Arsitektur data terdiri dari 50entitas data dari 7 fungsi bisnis dan arsitektur aplikasi terdiri dari 20 aplikasi.
